We're committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we deliver products to our valued customers.

  • Order Processing

    • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are required.

    • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    • Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

    • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (Select Pin codes).

    • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12PM (Select Pin codes).

    • Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, carrier delays, or logistical issues.

  • Shipping Charges

    • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, delivery location, and the shipping method selected.

    • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹500. This offer is only available for standard shipping orders delivered within India.

    • International Shipping: We are launching international shipping very soon. But currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.

  • Order Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order’s progress through the provided link or directly on the carrier's website.

  • Delivery Issues

    • Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please get in touch with us at vaitarna1@gmail.com or +91-7977642095 for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

    • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

    • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a detailed description and photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

    • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
